Cute Clip Board

I seen how to make a small one of these here. I noticed a lot of people commented they where trying to make large ones or wanted to know how. So I thought I would give it a shot! Like she said these are really easy to make and don’t take long at all. Sorry the pictures are so bad. I took these before I got my camera so I had to take them with my phone.

What you will need:

  • Clip board
  • 12×12 Scrapbook paper
  • Mod Podge
  • Credit card or gift card
  • Scissors

I did all of this with the same 12×12 sheet of paper. Cut the paper out to fit the clip board.

Mod podge the paper on and smooth out with the card. I used a thin layer of mod podge. When mod podgeing the paper make sure to get all the edges and press down hard to make sure it sticks. If I was to do this again I might even stick a thick book on top to help keep the sides down.

I let mine dry before I added the top. While I let it dry a cut out my “A” using my cricut. After you let it dry cut out a strip of paper that will cover the top of the clip board. Be sure to cut around the clip and mod podge.

Take your cutout letter and mod podge the back and stick it on. I then mod podged over the entire clip board.  In the other post there were a couple  people concerned about the bubbles. I just let mine dry and most of them came out. The ones that are there you can barely see.

These work great for little gifts for Christmas or even at a birthday.
