I found this clock on Etsy and fell in love with it. My mom is not a big fan but I think it is cute. So I thought I would try and make it. It’s really not that hard to make at all. It maybe a little pricey but still cheaper then what you can get it for on Etsy. Here is how I made it.
What you will need:
- 12 x 12 cork board tiles
- printer
- wax paper
- clock movement
Print your wording on the slick side of wax paper. Reminder: you need to print it mirrored. Transfer the wording onto the cork board. To see the compete tutorial click here.
You can go over it with a permanent marker. I choose not to. Make a hole in the center of the cork tile and assemble the clock movement as directed. That’s all there is to it! You have a new clock!
